Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the package for any damage or issues.
If there is any damage, missing item, or if the package seal is broken, do not sign any delivery documents. Please request a damage report from the courier and return the package to them.
Once this procedure is followed, your replacement products will be shipped to you immediately.
If a damaged package is accepted or if a claim of missing contents is made after delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items inside the package.
